If attribution succeeds, it names
Detection is usually easy and attribution usually fails. These are separate rolls
with separate inputs, and the game will never collapse them into one number, because
"somebody hit me" and "the Hanse hit me" are different pieces of knowledge and only one of
them is worth a war.

Exposure
This operation adds 18 to your Lisbon network's Exposure.
You cannot see your Lisbon network's Exposure. Your last ASSESS put it in the band
40 to 70 at low confidence, nine turns ago, and if the Hanse is running counter-deception
that band is what they wanted you to read.
At Exposure 100 the network is rolled up: assets arrested, Depth to 0, and the target
learns your identity with a probability set by how well you laundered. There is no warning
before that happens and there is not supposed to be.
