Nothing here is private. WIRETAP returns fragments of a target's Wire traffic for N turns. There is no encryption setting, no secure mode and no padlock, because a padlock the game draws is a promise the game would have to keep.

Being present when your counterparty is present is better, because they are a person. It is never mechanically better, and no offer on the Wire may ever carry a global expiry. That is the one hard rule this screen has to obey.

Strait transit at Bab-el-Mandeb shall not be interdicted against the Compact.
Closing it becomes mechanically unavailable to them while this holds.
CLAUSE 4NO STATED EFFECT
The Compact shall raise no objection to the reassignment of the Aden commercial charter, nor to its subsequent transfer.
The interface can describe no mechanical effect for this clause. That does not mean it has none. It means the effect, if any, is downstream of something the interface cannot see.
CLAUSE 5NOT ENFORCEABLE
Both parties shall act in good faith.
